This service is available to those departing on Company flights from Narita International Airport. Customers who are transiting through Narita International Airport are not eligible for this service.
- Products received on board
This service is available to all passengers on Company flights departing from Narita International Airport.
5. Prohibited Actions in Using the Service
Users shall not engage in inappropriate, improper or fraudulent actions when using the website, including without limitation the following actions:
- Discussions of political, religious, or other sensitive topics, insulting individuals, or posting obscene content, or actions that may disadvantage the Company.
- Using the products or information provided by the Service for commercial purposes.
- Making false or fraudulent reservations or applications.
- Making reservations or purchases on behalf of another person without their consent.
- Misusing IDs or passwords associated with the Service.
- Using another User's ID or password without permission.
- Transferring or allowing third-party use of IDs or passwords.
- Fraudulently using credit cards in relation to the Service.
- Transmitting or uploading harmful computer programs or fake files.

6. Display of Names on Packaging
- Users agree that the Company may clearly display the User's name on the external packaging of the purchased product to identify it as belonging to the User.

If a User causes damage to a third party in connection with the use of the Service, the User shall resolve the issue at their own expense and responsibility and shall not cause any inconvenience to the Company. The Company shall have no liability for damage caused to third parties by a User.

If a User violates these Terms and causes damage to the Company, the Company may claim compensation from the User.
9. Sales Contracts
- A sales contract is formed when a User applies to purchase a product from the Company, and the Company notifies the User of acceptance.
- The Company may cancel the sales contract without prior notice in the following cases:

- The User does not board the pre-booked flight.
- The Company determines that the trust relationship between the User and the Company has been impaired.
- The User's financial capability becomes questionable.
- Payment authorization fails.
- The Company is unable to contact the User for confirmation.
- The product is unavailable from the manufacturer.
- The order exceeds the available quantity.
- The User has a history of refusing deliveries or violating these Terms.
- The Company determines that the order is for commercial use or resale purposes.
- Payment methods, order cancellation procedures, and refund policies for the Service shall be separately specified by the Company.
10. Payment
- The amount payable for a purchase includes the product price and applicable taxes.
- For credit card payments, the User must comply with the terms agreed upon with the credit card company. The Company assumes no responsibility for disputes between the User and the credit card company.

11. Company's Responsibility
- Refunds will be made in cases of defective products, incorrect deliveries, or other circumstances recognized by the Company.
- Refunds will also be issued if:
- The product could not be loaded onto the aircraft.
- The product could not be delivered due to irregularities such as flight cancellations.
- If a flight is canceled before the customer checks in, the product will not be delivered, and a refund will be issued.
12. Restrictions on Future Use and Cancellation of Registration

- The credit card provided by the User is invalid.
